FIRE DRILL TRAINING
Course Overview

This course aims to provide a basic understanding of fire safety and equip participants with skills in prevention and rescue before, during, and after an emergency, especially a fire. Participants will also be exposed to fire drill training to familiarise themselves with proper evacuation procedures and immediate actions during an emergency.

By the end of the session, the participants will be able to:

  • Determine the fundamental aspects of fire safety, including fire control and extinguishment.
  • Identify and explain the functions of active and passive fire protection systems effectively.
  • Explain the concept of an Emergency Response Plan (ERP) and the role of the Emergency Response Team (ERT).
  • Execute building evacuation drills and emergency response correctly.
  • Use fire extinguishers properly.
